This presentation will share National trends and statistics related to Serious Mental Illness and
Substance Use Disorder and provide an overview of the Substance Abuse and Mental Health
Services Administration’s current efforts to reduce the impact of SMI and SUD on the
communities we serve. The presentation will highlight available training, tools, and resources
that can be accessed to improve clinical practice and technical assistance opportunities.
