Brookhaven’s next professional seminar series will be presented by Jeff Plunkett. In this presentation, titled  Connection and Customer Service: The Front Door to Therapy, we will provide philosophical and practical guidance for mental health professionals who are well informed with theory and techniques yet continue to see client resistance to stated desires for change toward goals. Participants will learn and discuss a model of “belief acceptance” dependent upon connections (interactive experience) and the intentional and unintentional barriers or divisions created by mental health professionals that stifle or prevent an environment of client change.

The seminar starts at 11:3oam and we will be serving a catered lunch. The cost is $20 cash or check at the door.
